At SND Essence, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of fragrances and skincare, we have established the following guidelines to ensure safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all our customers.
1. Return Window & Eligibility

7-Day Policy: We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be in the exact condition you received them: unopened, unused, with all original tags/seals intact, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

International Sales: All orders shipped outside the United States are Final Sale. We do not offer international returns or refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Cosmetics & Skincare: Any beauty or skincare products.

Fragrance Decants & Atomizers: Due to the risk of tampering and hygiene.

Refillable Bottles: These cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Decoded Fragrances: Items with tampered batch codes or packaging.

Fragrance Caps & Boxes: We do not accept individual component returns.

Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
3. The Return Process

Request Authorization: Contact our support team at Sndessence25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SND Essence (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
4. Restocking Fees
To maintain our competitive pricing, the following fees apply to accepted returns:

Standard Return: A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds not caused by our error.

Opened/Damaged Returns: If an item is returned with a broken seal or shows signs of use, a restocking fee of 20% or more will apply, depending on the condition.
5. Inspections & Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit: You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit at SND Essence never expires.

Sales Tax: We fully refund sales tax for all qualifying returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective from our warehouse, we take 100% responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations & Pre-Orders

Standard Cancellations: Orders that have not yet shipped are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.

Pre-Orders: Any pre-order cancellation incurs a 5% fee. We provide estimated fulfillment dates in the product descriptions; please review these carefully before purchasing.
