At SND Essence, we prioritize the secure and transparent delivery of your beauty and fragrance essentials. By completing a purchase on sndessence.com, you agree to the following shipping and insurance terms.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We provide real-time shipping calculations at checkout to ensure you get the most accurate rates based on your location, package weight, and chosen carrier.

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 (pre-tax). For orders under $100, rates are calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges. International orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

Order Processing

  • Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Accuracy & Security

  • Address Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address. SND Essence is not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

  • Signature Confirmation: For your security, orders valued at $500 or more may require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive a signature requirement, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage occurring after the carrier marks the item as delivered.

  • Carrier Delays: While we ship promptly, we do not control the transit process. Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions do not qualify for shipping refunds.

Insurance, Loss, & Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue: Contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date.

  2. Provide Documentation: We require clear photos of the shipping box (interior and exterior), the product packaging, and the damaged items themselves.

  3. Theft/Non-Receipt: For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, we may require a formal police report to process an insurance claim.

  4. Resolution: Once an insurance claim is approved, we typically offer replacement or store credit. Please note that monetary refunds are not issued for approved insurance claims.

Note on Protection: If you opt out of shipping protection at checkout (where available), SND Essence is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

  • Unshipped Orders: These are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

  • Pre-Orders: These require payment at the time of purchase and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the full order is available.

  • In-Transit: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

International Final Sale

All international sales are final once the package has left our facility. SND Essence is not responsible for customs seizures, transit damage, or lost international packages.

SND Essence reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
