All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (US): [3-5 business days]

Expedited Shipping (US): [1-3 business days]

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Damages & Lost Packages

SND Essence is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international shipping regulations, certain beauty products (e.g., alcohol-based perfumes) may not be eligible for delivery to specific locations.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.
